At SHUBHANGINI, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
