Shipping policy

At Shubhangini, each order is a priority. We process and prepare your jewelry for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: We deliver within 3–5 business days across India.  

• Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your package’s journey through our courier partner's website.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Shipping.

• Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Packaging Your jewelry is precious. All items are carefully packaged in protective boxes and shipped in tamper-proof bags to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Items In the rare event that an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at shubhangini.jewellery@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will conduct an investigation and process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address and contact number (especially for GPay/UPI users) are accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
